In this final bodywork workshop before the milonga, Fei-Fei will guide participants to reconnect with breath, elasticity, and grounded support through floor work and partner-based exercises. Through a series of focused exercises, we will explore tension and release, allowing muscles to lengthen and relax while supporting joints and muscles to function efficiently. This class aims to help you return to the milonga with a natural, responsive body—ready to fully enjoy tango. It also offers practical tools to reset and recover after long tango marathons and milongas.
About Instructor
Fei-Fei began dance training at five and received professional education from age twelve, specializing in contemporary dance, ballet, Tai Chi, and performance. She later joined Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan as a full-time dancer and holds a Master’s degree in Dance Education and Training from London Contemporary Dance School. She has also served as faculty at universities in Taiwan and abroad. She began studying tango in 2011 and has been teaching since 2020, integrating her professional dance background to help students build strong foundations and develop an efficient, versatile approach to learning.
