3F Scientific Method

Scientific Method” led by renowned Taiwanese dance educator Terry Lin, explores the “hidden agreement” between the brain and muscles through the lens of neuroscience. Instead of mindless repetition, the course focuses on precise neural reconstruction. It centers on three key elements:
1. Reactivating neural pathways weakened by prolonged sitting and rebuilding strong brain–muscle connections.
2. Applying the 3F system (Few, Focus, Forget) to break movements into minimal units, transforming working memory into stable muscle memory.
3. Managing excitement and fatigue in practice—ending at your peak to sustain motivation and progress.
This is an awakening of control, where science becomes a shortcut to expressive depth.
