Chanbee is from Busan, with 14 years of experience, and is one of the most popular DJs in the southern Korea. She is known for her sensitivity to the atmosphere of the dance floor, carefully selecting music that fills each milonga with the spirit of tango. Chanbee has been invited to DJ at major tango events across Asia, including in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. She later became the community leader of Puerto Tango in Busan, a group with more than 20 years of history that has long contributed to the development of the local tango scene. Since 2024, she has also been the organizer of the international event “Busan Tango Weekend El Mar”, held every August in Busan, and is currently preparing the 2026 edition while continuing to connect Busan with dancers from around the world.
